Customer Relations Executive / Front-Desk Officer x5 ($1400 - $2200)

JobJob Responsibilities

• Handle walk-ins enquiries and advice on Company's products
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Scheduling of appointments
• Handle customers' feedback received via all channels proactively in accordance with the Company's service standards and policies (i.e. letters, faxes, emails, phones)
• Track and compile the Customer Feedback report on a monthly basis
• Coordinate with Service Centre and various departments on administrations 

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma level education and above
• With 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Posses good communication and interpersonal skills
• Only Singaporeans or Singapore PRs may apply
