Legal Secretary (Corporate)

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Senior Associates
• Preparing & proof reading various corporate documents
• Responsible for carrying out extensive due diligence on contracts and financial records
• Handling of corporate secretarial records of both public & private companies

Requirements:

• Diploma in Law or Private Secretarial Certificate qualification
  
• Preferbably with 5 years of secretarial experience in law firm
  
• Experience in legal/corporate would be an advantage
• Presentable & bilingual - Good written & spoken English is essential
