THE JOB

Provide secretarial, administrative support and office management to Directors

Deals and handles all issues of a confidential nature very professionally

Keeping the management well informed of all issues

Handling of Telephone calls and Emails
-
Coordinating of Meetings and Minutes taking
-
Appointments and Calendar management
-
Handling of VIPS, Guests and Visitors
THE REQUIREMENTS
-
Diploma/Degree
-
5 years of experience in serving Senior Management Personnel in hospitality industry such as Hotels, Country Clubs or Operations background
-
Articulate with good communication and written skills in English and Mandarin
-
Strong and professional interpersonal skills
-
Able to interact effectively with internal and external counterparts of all levels
-
Committed, Hard-working and able to work independently
-
Meticulous, Resourceful, MS Office proficient
-
Versatile, Professional, Matured, Groomed and Presentable
-
Someone who possess high EQ and Situation Awareness
-
Able to handle high level of stress and Confidentiality, Trustworthy
-
Flexible and mentally prepared to work pass official timing at times
-
Singaporean or PR
