THE JOB

• Provide secretarial, administrative support and office management to Directors
• Deals and handles all issues of a confidential nature very professionally
• Keeping the management well informed of all issues
• Handling of Telephone calls and Emails
• Coordinating of Meetings and Minutes taking
• Appointments and Calendar management
• Handling of VIPS, Guests and Visitors

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree
• 5 years of experience in serving Senior Management Personnel in hospitality industry such as Hotels, Country Clubs or Operations background
• Articulate with good communication and written skills in English and Mandarin
• Strong and professional interpersonal skills
• Able to interact effectively with internal and external counterparts of all levels
• Committed, Hard-working and able to work independently
• Meticulous, Resourceful, MS Office proficient
• Versatile, Professional, Matured, Groomed and Presentable
• Someone who possess high EQ and Situation Awareness
• Able to handle high level of stress and Confidentiality, Trustworthy
• Flexible and mentally prepared to work pass official timing at times
• Singaporean or PR
