Administration Executive /Assistant (Japanese speaking) - 1 Year Contract
The Job
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the department
- Liaise with Japan HQ and external parties
- Generate reports for the department
- Coordinate meetings and handle correspondences
- Handle travel expense claims
- General office administration and maintenance
- Ad hoc duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or other related discipline
- Minimum 1 - 2 years’ administrative experience
- Knowledge of Japanese language is a must
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Office will be relocating to Tampines end 2009 (Near Tampines MRT Station)
