Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
- To answer and handle of telephone enquiries and direct them to the respective department
- Provide administrative support in the area of reception, telephone services and mail services
- Responsible for receiving all visitors or clients
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties when required
Requirements:
- Min GCE 'O' Level
- Customer service oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and with good telephone etiquette
