Customer Service Manager ($5k/ Membership Club)

Responsibilities:

• Establish best-in-class processes and policies on the use of the CRM system
• Manage customer data to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention
• Undertake on-going data hygiene, enrichment and analytics initiatives
• Conceptualise and manage marketing campaigns / promotions
• Implement and manage service quality initiatives
• Conduct market research

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or Marketing (non-degree holders may be considered for specialist positions)
• At least 3 years of experience in CRM programmes and frontline operations (experience in slot machine operations is preferred but not essential)
• Creative and resourceful
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented and a good team player
• Able to multi-task in a challenging environment
•  Must be able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
