Manager, Organisational Excellence & Customer Responsiveness (OSHD)

Responsibilities:

You will help to foster culture of innovation and creativity and build sense of ownership and instill Customer Responsiveness (CR) concepts amongst OSHD officers, and execute the various CR programs required by the Ministry. In addition, you will develop an Organisational Excellence framework, utilising various performance management tools and quality control techniques across various departments within the division. You will also review the work processes and performance, and cultivate knowledge sharing culture among various departments in OSHD.

Requirements:

You should possess a recognised degree with at least 2 years of service in the area of Customer Responsiveness, preferably in a Ministry or Public Service. You must have the capacity to think systematically and be a problem solver with creative thought. You should also have a passion to engage others, especially internal customers and propose solutions. Being a team player is important as the OE/CR unit works best as a cohesive team serving the needs of the division.
