Customer Service Executive (Contact centre) - EAST

Our client, an MNC in global express services located in the East is currently seeking for suitable candidates for the position of Customer Service Executive (Contact Centre).

Job Responsibilities:

·         To provide Customer Support to nominated accounts.

• ·         Manage all issues & enquiries to the service delivery of customers’ consignments.
• ·         Monitor & update customer's consignment status
• ·         Coordinate and liaise closely with various internal departments and external parties to ensure timely service delivery to customers.
• ·         Initiate and ensure implementation of service recovery plans, where necessary.
• ·         Create, update and ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures for customers.
• ·         Prepare and analyse monthly reports.

 Job Requirements:

• ·         Minimum GCE ‘A’ levels or Diploma in any discipline.
• ·         2 years of customer service experience in similar role or in Logistics/ Freight forwarding industry.
• ·         Customer focused & proactive.
• ·         Able to communicate professionally and with confidence.
• ·         Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
• ·         Team player with strong organizational and coordination skills.
• ·         PC literate
