Management Trainee

Job Description:

• ·         Servicing and providing support to existing clients as well as establishing new clients (includes business visits and presentation, maintaining good working relationships)
• ·         Constructing, developing and maintaining client's portfolio
• ·         Planning, designing and implementing comprehensive solutions for the clients
• ·         Meeting and exceeding clients' expectations to ensure customer satisfaction and generate income
• ·         Understanding of clients' needs through a applicable planning process

Requirement:

• ·          Applicants should be above 21 years old and hold Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• ·         High degree of self-motivation, people and results oriented, excellent interpersonal, persuasive and communication skills
• ·         Self-started with a strong drive to excel in a predominantly advisory focus environment
• ·         Applicants with keen interest in customer service, possess entrepreneurial drive, desire to success and driven and the willingness to learn are highly encourage to apply
• ·         Mandarin speaking environment
