Retail Director (Architectural) - Shanghai

Our client is an award winning architectural practice based in Shanghai. With the recent project wins in China, they are seeking to expand their practice by bringing on a Retail Director for Architecture.

As the team lead, you will be responsible for developing the growth of the retail division within the practice. Starting with the existing projects on-hand, you will manage these projects through your team of architects to ensure their timely delivery. Providing leadership to the team, you will participate in various design competitions and secure future projects for the practice. 

You should have at least 12 years of working experience ideally with an international architectural practice. As these developments are massive in nature, your experience with large retail projects; spanning from interiors to exteriors will be imperative to ensure you can hold high level conversations with clients within the field. You should possess good inter-personal skills, a committed approach to the project goals and deliverables with strong leadership qualities.
