Facility Manager (REF:MC/E)

OUR CLIENT, A RENOWNED LEADER OF ENERGY AND FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES, IS SEEKING SUITABLE CANDIDATES TO JOIN THEIR ESTEEMED ORGANIZATION!

Job Description:-

- To take charge and lead the in-house maintenance team in all daily facilities maintenance issues and meet contractural obligations

- To deal with contractors (in-house and external), co-ordinate the projects in order, in compliance of all relevant government legislation, standards and requirements

- To ensure all preventive, corrective maintenance and ad-hoc works are duly carried out

- To recommend on M&E and building services to enhance the reliability and feasibility to clients

- To attend all meetings such as Projects, Management, Staff matters, Energy Management, Operations Meeting, etc

- To monitor the team performance to improve staffs' morale, unity and loyalty to meet clients' requirements and satisfaction

- To monitor and check contractors' performance and ensure short down time, improve contractors' standard of work

- To perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements:-

- Singaporeans and Singapore PRs only

- Min. Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services / Civil Engineering (From local institutions!!!)

- Min. 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Facilities Management, in a supervisory role

- Certificate in Fire Safety Manager (FSM) preferred

- To have knowledge on Workplace Safety and Health Regulations and Boilers Maintenance would be an advantage

- Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written

- Willing to work in the East "(Paya Lebar)*

- 5.5 days work week (Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 6.00pm), (Sat, 8.30am to 12.30pm)
