HR/Training Executive (Marine Industry)

The Job

• Responsible for welfare and benefits including share ownership scheme administration, workmen compensation and insurance, etc
  
• Handle and process all insurance claims
  
• Review and conduct benchmarking of best practices for welfare and benefits provisions and practices
  
• Work with recreation committee and line managers in the planning and execution of recreational activities and community projects
  
• In charge of employee communication including liaising with relevant parties for the production of company newsletters and grievance handling for workers
  
• Handle the administration and coordination of training programmes
  
• Participate in the implementation of other adhoc HR/Training projects
  
• Perform any other HR assignments assigned
  

• Relevant working experience in HR, preferably with good HR Training background
  
• Good communications and inter-personal skill
  
• Diploma / Degree in any discipline
  
• Singaporean Citizen only
