We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the day-to-day Human Resources operations for the Group and support HR coordination across regional offices. This role will play a key part in ensuring the effective delivery of HR operations while partnering with business leaders to support organisational growth.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 6–10 years of HR experience with exposure to full-spectrum HR responsibilities
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Manage the end-to-end performance management cycle including goal setting and annual reviews
- Support managers in handling employee relations issues including disciplinary cases
- Ensure HR policies comply with the Singapore Employment Act and company governance standards
- Prepare HR reports including headcount tracking and manpower cost analysis
