Field Support Engineer

Provide hands-on field technical engineering support and infrastructure troubleshooting for enterprise clients across Singapore. Deploy, maintain, and service hardware, peripheral devices, and network communication units at customer sites. Ensure strict adherence to customer service level agreements and technical performance targets.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
- Hands-on experience in equipment deployment, hardware diagnostics, and cabling setups
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to independently handle client-site technical issues
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and maintenance of client infrastructure hardware
- Diagnose connectivity, hardware, and peripheral equipment technical faults
- Maintain service call logs and liaise with remote engineering teams on complex escalations
