Job Description

Allinton Engineering & Trading is looking for a dedicated Sales Support Executive to facilitate high-volume engineering distribution sales. This position supports field representatives with quotation preparation, customer inquiry handling, and order fulfillment. It provides a collaborative environment with long-term sales  career advancement.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales coordination or sales support in engineering/hardware
  • Proficiency with ERP/CRM sales databases and MS Excel
  • Strong team orientation and customer-first service mindset

Responsibilities

  • Process customer quotations, purchase orders, and sales confirmations
  • Support field sales consultants in preparing commercial tenders and bids
  • Track delivery schedules and interface with logistics to ensure prompt dispatch
  • Resolve post-sales queries to ensure high client satisfaction
