Job Description

Join MUFG Bank as an Assistant Vice President Credit Analyst responsible for evaluating credit proposals and monitoring borrower risk. The position involves performing financial analyses, credit reviews, and periodic covenants checks for assigned institutional portfolios. You will also assist in regulatory documentation and risk assessments.

Requirements

Degree in Banking and Finance, Business, Accountancy, or Economics preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Good written English, strong analytical capability, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Perform financial analysis, credit reviews, rating assessments, and covenant checks
Provide independent assessments of credit proposals submitted by marketing units
Prepare documentation and materials required for MAS, FSA, or BOJ regulatory reviews
Monitor economic and business trends that could impact portfolio creditworthiness
