Job Description

Leads complex civil construction operations and guides junior engineers across major commercial developments. Assumes direct accountability for structural safety, cost efficiency, and construction schedule adherence. Coordinates directly with regulatory authorities and consulting partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PEB
  • Proven track record managing medium-to-large civil construction works
  • Strong team leadership and multi-contractor coordination capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site engineering teams through all structural project phases
  • Oversee high-level structural tests, site inspections, and handover milestones
  • Drive compliance with BCA regulatory standards and technical audits
