Job Description

Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI) is looking for a Learning & Development Developer to design and update professional HR curricula. The role involves managing training programs and consulting with corporate clients on HR capability development. This is a contract managerial position based in Central Singapore.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development, Education, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design or corporate L&D
  • Familiarity with WSQ standards and adult learning frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and review HR training curriculum and courseware
  • Engage corporate clients to diagnose workforce training needs
  • Ensure training programs comply with regulatory and quality benchmarks
