Job Description

Drive high-performance software engineering efforts supporting capital markets infrastructure and systems. Work closely with business analysts and traders to develop low-latency and resilient trading platforms. Provide technical leadership and governance across engineering deliverables.

Requirements

  • Extensive background in financial services or capital markets software development
  • Proven expertise in low-latency systems and scalable distributed architectures
  • Strong track record in engineering management or lead developer roles
  • Solid mastery of enterprise languages like Java, C++, or modern C#

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and lifecycle of capital markets applications
  • Collaborate with financial product stakeholders to define technical roadmaps
