Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience in plant or utility environments
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with process monitoring tools and engineering performance indicators
Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate operational plant efficiency and reliability metrics
- Perform root cause analysis on engineering performance deviations
- Provide technical recommendations to enhance energy efficiency
- Prepare routine engineering and performance assessment reports
