Job Description
Provide professional HR advisory and operational support in accordance with internal corporate policies and applicable statutory regulations. Deliver end-to-end human resource services focusing on employee experience and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of HR generalist experience
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing, statutory submissions, and claims administration
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and statutory compliance
Responsibilities
- Support the full spectrum of HR operations ensuring compliant service delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems
- Plan and organize employee engagement initiatives and company events
- Participate in organizational HR projects and change initiatives
