Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR managerial experience
- Demonstrated track record across full-spectrum human resources management
- In-depth knowledge of local manpower regulations and employment frameworks
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and interpersonal communication capabilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with overall corporate business goals
- Manage end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, C&B, and performance reviews
