Job Description

Directs facilities engineering operations and overall facility maintenance strategies across managed premises. Coordinates preventative maintenance, subcontractor technical compliance, and statutory safety inspections.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in engineering facilities management
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
Working knowledge of building statutory requirements in Singapore

Responsibilities

Plan and implement preventive and corrective facilities maintenance plans
Ensure statutory compliance with BCA, PUB, and SCDF engineering guidelines
Manage on-site technical teams and maintenance service vendor contracts
