Job Description

Oversees addition and alteration (A&A) building engineering projects alongside maintenance contracting. Handles client technical requirements, site survey estimations, and project coordination.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in A&A, civil works, or building maintenance
  • Background in Civil, Mechanical, or Building Engineering
  • Strong communication and client negotiation skills in engineering contracting

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of A&A engineering works and preventative maintenance contracts
  • Prepare technical cost estimations and maintenance proposals for engineering tenders
  • Coordinate with site teams and clients to ensure timely completion of engineering works
