Requirements
- Extensive career experience in investment banking, corporate strategy, or financial governance
- Comprehensive knowledge of MAS regulations and international banking standards
- Proven executive-level relationship management and strategic advisory capabilities
- Strong background in corporate governance frameworks, internal risk, and executive reporting
Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate governance structures and regulatory compliance alignment across regional entities
- Partner with senior business leaders to evaluate and execute strategic growth initiatives
- Manage board and executive committee secretarial deliverables and strategic reporting materials
- Drive proactive risk identification and remediation strategies for regional corporate functions
