Job Description
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of Human Resources operations in Singapore. The role oversees recruitment, employee lifecycle management, expatriate administration, and regulatory compliance. Candidates work closely with hiring managers to maintain alignment with Singapore employment legislation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in Singapore
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations
- Hands-on experience managing Work Pass applications, renewals and cancellations
Responsibilities
- Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
- Manage end-to-end Work Pass lifecycle including EP, S Pass, and Dependant's Pass applications
- Coordinate the annual performance review process and support employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate campus recruitment, internship programmes, and expatriate onboarding activities
