Job Description

Perform core HR operations within a prominent security and operations group in Western Singapore. The position actively interfaces with diverse business units to execute employee lifecycle programs. Successful candidates collaborate closely across departments to maintain seamless HR delivery.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on operational HR experience
Solid working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and statutory guidelines
Effective verbal and written communication abilities

Responsibilities

Conduct daily HR operations including on-boarding and off-boarding formalities
Deliver new staff orientation and coordinate briefing sessions
Administer employee benefits, claims, and personnel records
Partner closely with operational business units on manpower requests
