Job Description

Maxi-Cash Group is seeking a customer-oriented Retail Sales Assistant to provide retail support across their store network. You will deliver excellent retail counter service and support daily retail transactions. This position offers exposure to retail sales, pawnbroking, and valuable goods appraisal.

Requirements

Experience in retail or hospitality environment preferred
Strong interpersonal communication and customer service mindset
Comfortable working on retail operational schedules

Responsibilities

Provide attentive customer support and handle sales inquiries at the counter
Assist in retail inventory counts, stock takes, and product display
Execute daily cash and electronic point-of-sale transactions
