Job Description

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or relevant field
- Demonstrated experience in full-spectrum HR operations
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and statutory compliance
Responsibilities
- Manage full spectrum HR operations including recruitment, employee lifecycle, and offboarding
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore statutory regulations and company policies
- Handle staff queries and provide guidance on internal HR policies and employee relations
