Job Description
Lead and drive talent acquisition strategies across multiple business entities within the group. Oversee workforce planning, intern recruitment programs, and government grants administration. Ensure strong compliance with local employment standards and mentor internal HR recruiters.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience with significant exposure to talent acquisition
- At least 2 years of team leadership or people management experience
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and work pass administration
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning across entities
- Manage government grants administration, claim submissions, and audit compliance
- Lead, train, and mentor junior HR recruiters and talent acquisition executives
- Formulate recruitment strategies and partner with department heads to meet hiring KPIs
