Job Description
Champion talent acquisition initiatives and manage end-to-end recruitment operations for premium retail and beauty brand portfolios. Partner with retail store managers to forecast staffing needs and ensure timely talent delivery. Drive candidate engagement and assist in basic HR employee relations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related discipline
- 2+ years of in-house recruitment experience, ideally in retail, FMCG, or consumer goods
- Proven capability in volume hiring and managing tight recruitment turnaround times
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for retail frontline staff and corporate vacancies
- Coordinate with brand managers to evaluate staffing levels and profile suitability
- Conduct initial screening interviews and negotiate employment offer packages
- Assist in offboarding, contract administration, and employee relation matters
