Job Description
Manage recruitment operations and liaise with client businesses to satisfy local and foreign staffing requirements. Handle candidate matching, interviews, and work pass issuance for selected placements. Ensure strict compliance with Ministry of Manpower guidelines.
Requirements
- Valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI Basic or KAC)
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment agency or HR recruitment experience
- Working knowledge of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) employment rules
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Responsibilities
- Liaise with corporate clients to understand detailed hiring requirements and job criteria
- Source and screen potential candidates through online portals, networking, and databases
- Coordinate foreign worker documentation, work permits, and medical examinations
- Administer offer packages and maintain thorough recruitment records
