Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or relevant field
- 2 to 4 years of in-house recruitment or agency staffing experience
- Experience utilizing enterprise ATS tools (such as Workday or SuccessFactors)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent sourcing and recruitment for specialized positions
- Partner with hiring managers to refine job criteria and recruitment strategy
- Conduct behavioral interviews and prepare formal employment proposals
- Maintain talent pipelines and produce recruitment activity reports
