Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 3 to 5 years of talent acquisition or HRBP experience in an MNC environment
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment legislation and market talent landscapes
- Proven stakeholder management and consulting capabilities
Responsibilities
- Function as an HR partner advising business managers on workforce planning and talent acquisition
- Lead senior and specialist recruitment searches from sourcing to offer finalization
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and structure competitive offer packages
