Provide civil engineering supervision and inspection for central Singapore building developments. Ensure works carried out comply with design specifications, standards, and safety requirements. Liaise continuously with project consultants, clients, and main contractors.
Requirements
- Accredited Civil Resident Engineer registered with IES/ACES
- Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board
- Substantial experience overseeing civil infrastructure or building developments
- Strong understanding of statutory regulatory compliance
Responsibilities
- Supervise civil engineering site operations to maintain strict quality standards
- Inspect site installations, material testing, and structural integrity
- Maintain comprehensive records of daily site activities, tests, and approvals
- Resolve civil engineering site design discrepancies and site issues
