Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- Internship or initial professional experience in global banking operations
- Understanding of equity products, settlement lifecycles, and trade workflows
- High attention to detail and ability to operate under tight market cut-offs
Responsibilities
- Perform daily trade booking, confirmation, and settlement processing
- Investigate trade discrepancies and liaise with counterparties to resolve fails
- Prepare daily reconciliations between trading blotters and clearing systems
- Support operational continuous improvement and process automation projects
