Manage end-to-end commercial inside sales operations for hardware, software, and services solutions. Partner with channel resellers and field sales teams to maximize portfolio market penetration. Address enterprise customer technical requirements to deliver tailored Dell technologies.
Requirements
- Proven inside sales or commercial account management experience
- Knowledge of IT hardware, datacenter solutions, and cloud services
- Exceptional phone, email, and virtual presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Act as the core sales owner managing assigned commercial business accounts
- Collaborate with channel partners to uncover and close technology upgrade deals
- Produce accurate price quotes and manage customer configuration requests
- Maintain CRM hygiene and deliver reliable pipeline forecasts
