Job Description

SIM is seeking a Senior Specialist in Brand & Communications to draft speeches, messaging materials, and supervise media coverage. The role drives corporate communication integrity and proactive institutional visibility. It is based in Clementi in the West Region.

Requirements

Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, or Marketing
Proven background in speechwriting, executive communication, and media monitoring
Strong editorial judgment and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Draft leadership speeches, talking points, and key messaging collaterals
Conduct daily media monitoring and prepare analytical PR reports
Support institutional branding projects and integrated communications campaigns
