Job Description

Mitsui Chemicals Asia Pacific is looking for an HRBP focusing on Learning and Development based at HarbourFront Tower. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role executes L&D strategies across Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. It collaborates with business leaders to advance workforce capability.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Business, or related discipline
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in HRBP or Learning & Development functions
  • Strong coordination, communication, and regional cross-cultural collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute regional L&D strategies and training action plans across APAC
  • Partner with management and business leaders to assess workforce capability needs
  • Support implementation of Global HR Management and regional HR initiatives
