Job Description
We are seeking an HR Manager to lead and oversee our human resources functions. The role involves driving people strategies, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations, and building a positive work culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of HR experience and at least 5 years of managing role.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
- Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures in line with local employment laws.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration in compliance with statutory requirements.
