Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Human Resources to support a broad spectrum of HR functions. The role focuses on compensation and benefits, payroll, salary benchmarking, and performance management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience
  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills

Responsibilities

  • Support salary recommendations for new hires based on market benchmarks
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers
  • Support regional HR projects and organizational initiatives
  • Manage compensation analysis, salary reviews, and annual increment exercises
  • Support performance management and appraisal cycles
