Job Description

This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and policies aligned with business objectives. The manager will also oversee organizational development and employee engagement programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience
  • At least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and payroll administration
